Remote Customer Service Specialists!
• Great customer service skills and previous sales experience requried
• Enthusiastic, friendly and professional verbal communications.
• Proficient with the internet, data entry and the ability to swiftly move between multiple programs.
• Comfortable independently troubleshooting computer issues.
• Highly reliable and punctual.
• The ability to perceive and interpret a situation and act upon it in an appropriate manner.
• Organized, accurate and detail oriented.
Starting pay is listed at $14.25/hour with an additional 3.3% for evening shift (6 pm to midnight) and an additional shift premium of $.50 per hour worked on weekends.
Paid training lasts about two weeks with several training start dates available!
